Funding Details
Cost-share support to farmers is available under the project categories of nitrogen management, cover cropping, and rotational grazing.
Funding:
- 65% of eligible project costs, up to a maximum cost-share payment of $30,000 per project
- 75% of eligible project costs, up to a maximum cost-share payment of $30,000 per project for applicants new to OFCAF
- Intake periods vary based on stream
- Streams include:
- Cover Cropping
- Nitrogen Management
- Rotational Grazing Systems
Eligibility:
- Must have Farm Business Registration number (FBR)
- Have a valid Premises Identification Number (PID)
