Toolkit for Non-Family Farm Transfer
This toolkit grew from the stories from seasoned farmers struggling to see a way to pass their farm on to the next generation, and from the next generation struggling to find a way into agriculture. Young Agrarians aimed to support the community with the information and inspiration needed to dig into non-family transition and develop plans that transfer lands, farm businesses and knowledge between generations.
Please note: This toolkit was developed for farmers in British Columbia, but much of the information remains useful & relevant for the context in Ontario and other provinces.
